As seen in the photo below, ElectionAccess.org is available in two themes: a white background with dark-colored text, and a black background with light-colored text.
To switch between the themes, there is an option entitled "Change background" in the upper right corner of the website (shown circled in gold in the screenshot below).
When a user clicks on "Change background", it automatically switches the entire website to one of the two themes. To switch back to the original theme, click on the "Change background" button again.
