Article 84, Composition of House of Representatives states:

(3) In fielding candidacy under clause (2), political parties shall provide for representation of the persons with disabilities as well.

Article 86, Composition of National Assembly and term of office of its members states:

(2) The National Assembly shall consist of fifty nine members as follows:
(a) fifty six elected members consisting of at least three women, one Dalit and one from persons with disabilities or minorities, from each State by an electoral college composed of members of the State Assembly, chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of the Village Bodies, and Mayors and Deputy-Mayors of the Municipalities, with different weightage of vote by members of the State Assembly, chairpersons and vicechairpersons of the Village Bodies, and Mayors and Deputy-Mayors of the Municipalities, as provided for in the Federal law.

Article 176, Composition of State Assembly states: 

(7) In fielding candidacy under clause (6), political parties must provide for representation of the persons with disabilities as well.

Article 28, Closed List of Candidates to be Prepared states:

While preparing the closed list of candidates, event the persons with disability shall also be included 

Article 60, Declaration of Result of Proportional Representation Electoral System states:

The Returning Officer shall have to count the ballot papers casted for the election under the Proportional Representation Electoral System and immediately send the total number of valid vote secured by each party to the Commission by stating it in a chart as prescribed.

(6) A party shall, while submitting list pursuant to sub-section (5), send the name list having made representation of dalit, Adibasi Janajati (indigenous and tribal peoples), khas arya, madhesi, tharu, and Muslim, in proportion to the population and number of seats secured by such party referred to in Annex-1 to the extent possible according to the serial number included in the closed list.  The back warded areas and persons with disability shall also be included in such list to the extent as possible.

Article 28, Closed list of Candidates to be Prepared states:

Any party willing to participate in the election under the Proportional Representation Electoral System shall prepare a closed list of candidates representing on behalf of such a party for such election. 

(6) While preparing the closed list of candidates, even the persons with disability shall also be included.
