Article 2 states:

(1) A person is entitled to vote in an election of a Connétable, Centenier, or Procureur du Bien Public, of a parish if the name of the person is on the electoral register for an electoral district within the parish...

(2) A person is entitled to vote in an election of one or more Deputies of an electoral district if the name of the person is on the electoral register for the electoral district, being the register in force for the election.

(3) A person is entitled to vote in an election of a Senator if the name of the person is on the electoral register for any electoral district...

 

Article 5, paragraph 1 states:

A person is entitled on a particular day to have his or her name included on the electoral register for an electoral district if on that day –

(a) the person is at least 16 years old;

(b) the person is ordinarily resident in that district…
