Public discussions about electoral accessibility support voting rights for Libyans with a disability.
About 25 to 30 people are facing the camera in a semi-circle. The front row is sitting while the back row is standing. There are slightly more men than women. Most are dressed formally in suits. About three men appear to be using crutches or wheelchairs.
