In June, Alejandro Gallarda formed the National Movement for Inclusion and Democracy of and for Persons with Disabilities, a nongovernmental organization (NGO) in Mexico that focuses on implementing Article 29 of the Convention for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
