Updated: December 2014
About 60 to 70 people are standing in a circle outdoors. There are trees and piles of straw in the far background. In the middle of the circle there appear to be two people (a man and a woman) who are talking to each other.

The Bali Commitments on Equal Access to Elections were adopted by participants in the General Election Network for Disability Access’ (AGENDA) at the 2nd Regional Dialogue, held in Bali, Indonesia in November 2012.
