Article 80 states:

Citizenship is suspended:

• (1) for physical or mental ineptitude which impedes acting freely and reflexively.

 

Article 115 states:

...By equal number of vote, members can be removed for physical or mental disability…

 

Article 155 states:

 case of resignation, permanent disability, or death of the president and vice president elects, before taking possession of their positions, the first and second on the lists voted will resume their place…
