Article 1 states:

This Act aims to protect the legal rights and interests of people with disabilities, secure their equal opportunity to participate in...political...activities fairly, while contributing to their independence and development.

 

Article 52 states:

The municipal and county (city) competent authorities of individual levels and purposes shall provide the following services to encourage people with disabilities to participate in social activities:

• (4) Fair participation in politics;
