…Persons who are obviously blind and those who are physically unable to act without assistance may be accompanied by persons whom they trust.

Article 299 states:
The vote will be secret. Persons who are obviously blind and those who are physically unable to act without assistance may be accompanied by persons whom they trust.

 

Article 300 states:
…The presiding returning officer will make provision for anything that may be needed to give priority to…persons who are ill or physically disabled…who shall vote without queuing.
