Article 16, section 9 states:

…The right to elect shall be enjoyed from the age of eighteen years and the age eligible for being elected shall be defined by law according to the requirements in respect of the bodies of posts concerned.

 

Article 21, section 2 states:

The members of the State Ih Huralare elected by citizens of Mongolia entitled to vote, on the basis of universal, free, direct suffrage by secret ballot for a term of four years.
