A 2009 pamphlet about the electoral rights of persons with disabilities was produced by the Tribunal Supremo Electoral (TSE) with support from the National Federation of Persons with Disabilities (FENOPDIH), National Federation of Parents of Persons with Special Needs of Honduras (FENPAPENSH), and Coordinator of Rehabilitation Institutions and Associations of Honduras (CIARH).
