How to Vote in Isolation

Vote in the local elections on October 25 safely and responsibly.

In October 2020, the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Ukraine a developed a video to support the local election and increase voter education for persons with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The video was developed as part of the “CEC-PROSVITA“ project with support from the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES). A transcript of the video is available below.

Narrator: How can you vote if you are in isolation?

Simply vote where you are staying.

Provide a medical certificate and application up until 8pm, October 23.

The application can be submitted through other persons.

On October 25, wait for members of the precinct election commission to arrive at the address indicated in the application.

Vote safely and responsibly in the local elections on October 25. Simply!
