Thick pen for marking ballots

Updated: December 2014
There are two pens in the photo. at the top is a thick pen with a narrow tip. It is about the size of a felt-tip marker. The pen below is normal sized, and looks like it is about the size of a typical crayon.

Providing a thicker pen (seen at the top) can make it easier for voters with physical or visual disabilities to mark their ballots instead of the thinner pen normally used (below the thick pen).
