This 2012 report was prepared for Elections Canada by Michael Prince, Professor of Social Policy at the University of Victoria, who researched the types of barriers that persons with disabilities encounter when voting in Canada and example reforms that countries (and Canadian provinces) have introduced since 2000 to reduce or eliminate battiers to voting for persons with disabilities.
