Article 7 states:

The following persons shall not be entitled to vote:

(1) those deprived of public rights by a final ruling of the court;

(2) those deprived of electoral rights by final ruling of the Tribunal of State;

(3) those deprived of legal capacity by final ruling of the court.

Article 62 states:

If, no later than on the day of vote, he has attained 18 years of age, a Polish citizen shall have the right to participate in a referendum and the right to vote for the President of the Republic of Poland as well as representatives to the Sejm and Senate and organs of local self-government...

 

Article 96 states:

Elections to the Sejm shall be universal, equal, direct and proportional and shall be conducted by secret ballot.
