Article 25 states:

Voters are citizens of both sexes, reaching 18 years of age on the day of the election, who enjoy their civil and political rights, who are regularly registered.

Article 26 states:

The following electors are incapacitated and cannot be registered on the electoral roll...

  • (7)...minors and adults under guardianship or curatorship.

 

Article 27 states:

Electors who are struck by temporary incapacity are prevented from being on the electoral list.

 

Article 28 states:

Are also struck by a temporary electoral incapacity and cannot be registered on the electoral roll for a period set by trial; those whom the courts have forbidden the right to vote...

Article 77 states:

An individual's thumbprint may serve as a legal signature.

 

Article 98 states:

Assisted voting is permitted by another individual of their choice.

 

Article 99 states:

Should request require, voting by proxy may follow within the fixed conditions listed…2.patients, women in labor, disabled persons, or incurables who because of their physical condition or health are incapable of reaching the poll on election day.

 

Article 102 states:

The vote is noted by a stamp that the agent affixes his signature to on the payroll opposite the name of the mandate." Thumbprint is acceptable as well.
