The International Foundation for Electoral Systems and a disability-led organization called La Red Iberoamericana de Entidades de Personas con Disacapacidad Fiscia (La Red) recieved support from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to produce a TV spot to motivate Dominicans with disabilities to pursue their goals and actively participate in public life.
